The Orduña Museum is an ethnographic museum dedicated to the most representative old guilds of the city, which are exhibited in 10 permanent rooms dedicated to: tailors and dressmakers, confectioners, musicians, chandlers, apothecaries, weavers, saddlers, shoemakers, bicycles and cinematography.
It is also a cultural museum that has three temporary exhibition halls dedicated to artistic exhibitions, antique collections and new artists.
Nostalgia in visitors of a certain age, and curiosity in younger ones, are the two most frequent sensations among visitors. No one remains indifferent to this large collection of objects, whose use was common until the recent past, but most of which have been forgotten.
The 3-storey, 1,200 m2 building is located in Plaza de Santa María, next to the parish church. It is owned by the municipality and managed by the Hamaika Kale association and its almost 200 volunteers.
